Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Times

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no matter where your adventure takes you.

There are no hidden fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. In some regions, customs duties or import taxes may apply based on local regulations (see below), but we never charge additional shipping fees ourselves.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
