Free shipping on all US orders.

We ship from our US warehouse using tracked delivery services.

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days), Monday–Friday.
Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Tracking: You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.


Returns & exchanges

We want you and your dog to be completely confident in your gear. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30‑day return window

Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email returns@fourpawers.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with the next steps.

Return shipping

  • US returns: customers cover return shipping (unless the item is damaged/defective).
  • If you need help choosing the right size, email support@fourpawers.com before returning and we’ll help you get it right.

Exchanges (size/colour)

Need a different size or colour? Email us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.

Damaged or defective items

We inspect every item before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away. We’ll send a replacement at no cost and arrange return of the faulty item.
