Returns & Refunds Policy

At FourPawers, we design gear to be used, explored with, and enjoyed. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in good condition, free from excessive wear, damage, or heavy soiling, and returned with original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Trying the item on for fit is absolutely fine — we just ask that it remains clean and in resaleable condition.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at:

We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the correct return address and further details.

Please contact us before sending any items back, as we’re unable to accept returns that arrive without prior approval.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping.

For other returns (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size ordered), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at returns@fourpawers.com with photos so we can resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Heavily used or soiled items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised or custom products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before ordering.


Sale Items

Sale items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Exchanges

To ensure you get the right item quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be returned in good condition as described above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
